Mother Minnie Carter passed away September 29, 2017 at her home.  She slept away peacefully as she transitioned from her earthly temple at the age of 87 blessed years.  Our mom enjoyed cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Our mother loved her family dearly.  Her most precious wish was that we would come together and most of all get saved and have a relationship with God.  Praising God is what she did.  She was a faithful member of Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church, Jerome AR., under the leadership of Bishop Alfonso Madden.

She was born December 18, 1929 to the late Booker Stigger and Ida Gamble Stigger.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Mack Carter, daughter Delma Standard, granddaughter Carmelita Robinson, great granddaughter Jaquita Robinson, and brothers John Stigger, Booker Stigger Jr., Willie Stigger and Ozo Stigger.

She leaves to cherish her memories daughters Rose Bradford, Flint, MI, Debra Carter, Stuttgart and son Randy Carter (Tera), Atlanta, GA; three sisters Alice Hatch and Ida Henderson, Kansas City, MO, and Della Ackles, Stuttgart; three brothers Siree Stigger, Kansas City, MO, Elmer Stigger and Sterling Stigger, Stuttgart; grandchildren Reon Carter (Latoya), Flint, MI, Mack Carter, Stuttgart, Shuntrell Harris, Trenell Carter, Leon Standard, Brandon Robinson (Jennifer), Torrey Robinson (Tashieka), Sherron Moore, Anthony Robinson, all of Flint, MI, James Stacy Robinson, Prescott, AR, Essence Carter, Sadeja Carter and Isaiah Carter, Altanta, GA;  28 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
