Tricia Renee Walton was born June 29, 1971 to Willie and Alice Walton in DeWitt, Arkansas. She confessed Christ at a young age and was one third of the gospel group “The Little Waltons”, as well as the youth Sunday school teacher at St. John Baptist Church in DeWitt.
Tricia was a beautiful mother, a loving sibling, and a woman of God full of wisdom and strength. On November 19, 2023 her life’s journey ended. She was preceded in death by parents Willie and Alice Walton; grandparents Malone and Lucille Wyatt and Will and Lillian Walton; aunts Lucille Taylor, Margaret (San) Johnson, Louise Wyatt, and Julie Wyatt Page.
Tricia leaves to cherish her memory one daughter Dora Johnson (Gage) Soweaver of DeWitt, AR; four siblings Connie Walton and Mitch Walton, both of Jacksonville, AR, Lillian Walton of DeWitt, AR, and George (Laquitta) Walton of North Little Rock, AR; two nieces Jasmine Walton of Stuttgart, AR and Hanna Sims of Jacksonville, AR; four nephews Jeremiah Sims of Jacksonville, AR, Obadiah Ticey and Jabin Ticey, both of DeWitt, AR, and Jacob Walton of North Little Rock, AR; one great aunt Virginia Hobbs of Stuttgart, AR; four aunts Ora Lee Ranson of Conway, AR, Hazel Wyatt and Pearlie (Tony) Jackson, both of DeWitt, AR, and Ruthie (Bufford) Curruth of Jacksonville, AR; three uncles James Benny Wyatt of DeWitt, AR, Maise Wyatt of Louisiana, and Merlin Wyatt of New York; and a host of cousins and loved ones she held dear.
