Tracy Donnell Simmons

Tracy “Big Baby” Donnell Simmons was born June 15, 1969 to the late Henrietta Simmons Kibble and O’Dell D. McCastle. Tracy departed this life on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Baptist Health in Little Rock, Arkansas.

He accepted Jesus Christ at an early age under the leadership of Reverend G. H. Wade of Allen Temple Missionary Baptist Church in Stuttgart, Arkansas. He graduated from Stuttgart High School, Class of 1987. Tracy loved his Class of ’87. He played football. He simply loved the game and was a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan.

Tracy was married to the late Cynthia Watson Simmons, and to this union no children were born. They both, however, had a love for kids.

He worked at a Beverage Company when he lived in Texas, a construction company while in Alabama and Florida, and Producers, Hartz, and Lennox in Stuttgart, Arkansas.

Tracy loved life. He adored his children, family and friends. He enjoyed playing dominos and cards, as well as traveling. He also had a little ‘chef’ in him. He was a people person who never met a stranger. Tracy loved to talk and laugh and was very outgoing; he could always throw a good party. Tracy was very mannerable and had a nice personality. Even on his bad days, he kept that pretty smile. But most importantly, Tracy knew the Lord.

Tracy leaves to cherish his memories his father Larry Kibble, Sr. of Stuttgart, AR; two daughters Arielle Metcalf of DeValls Bluff, AR and Traci Simmons of Stuttgart, AR; one son Zykei Lewis of Little Rock, AR; two sisters Karon “Becky” Simmons Dunlap of Stuttgart, AR and Toni McCastle of Pine Bluff, AR; six brothers Larry Kibble, Jr. of Stuttgart, AR, Louis Robinson, Sr. of Pine Bluff, AR, Kevin Yancey of Little Rock, AR, Monty McCastle of Maryland, Thomas McCastle of Wisconsin, and Larry Wiley, who preceded him in death; uncles Johnnie Simmons, Wille B. Simmons, and Charles Simmons, all of Stuttgart, AR and Tommie Ray Simmons, who preceded him in death; aunts Ollie Mae Higgins, Dodie Simmons, and Lillie McMillian, all of Stuttgart, AR and Kathy Ann Simons of Texas; four nieces LaKendra Dunlap and Alexus Robinson, both of Stuttgart, AR, Courtney Dunlap of Austin, TX, and Shawanda Conway of Little Rock, AR; two nephews Louis Robinson, Jr. of Stuttgart, AR and Alexander McCastle of Wisconsin; special family and friends niece LaKendra Dunlap, Trevion Jones, Michael Broady, Paul Reed, Cedric Williams, Marlo Baker,Gary Love, and Lincoln Street families; a special friend Erica Brown of Pine Bluff, AR; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
