Stanley Earl Robinson

Stanley Earl Robinson passed away on September 4, 2019 at the age of 60. He was born on March 9, 1959 in Holly Grove, AR to Freddie Robinson and Lilia Robinson (Williams). Stan was preceded in death by his parents, Freddie and Lilia Robinson, brother Jerry Robinson, sister Phoenix Robinson and nephew Reginald (Reggie) Owens.

Stan will be remembered as a loving, caring and endearing son, brother, husband, step-father and grandfather. He was a caregiver, and he was the one who made sure everyone was taken care of. He had great love and admiration for his nephews and nieces. Stan graduated from Stuttgart High School in 1977. After graduating from high school, he pursued a career in the field of electronics by attending and receiving an Associates degree in Electronics from the Arkansas College of Technology. He decided to follow his dreams and accepted a position at a prestigious company in Dallas, TX as an Electronics Engineer.

Although a hard- working man, Stan loved to have fun in his free time. Amongst his list of hobbies was driving and sporting his black 1985 Trans-Am around Bachman Lake on those nice sunny Saturday afternoons. He also enjoyed spending time at the casino. His favorite past time was playing in a competition of Spades with his family or friends. Stan was also an avid sports fan…GO COWBOYS!

Stan is survived by his wife Patricia Black-Robinson; three step-sons Ralph (Danielle) Black, Patrick Black and Jeremy Black; three grandchildren DaVion, Destiny and Daija; ten siblings Kathy Satchell of Rialto, CA, Vern Williams (Kathy) of Humphrey, AR, Dennis Starks (Carolyn) of Dallas, TX, Donald Robinson of Stuttgart, AR, Tommy (Joann) of California, Karen Owens of Dallas, TX, Paul Robinson of Stuttgart, AR, Timothy Robinson, Sr. (Wyneta) of Grand Prairie, TX, Sharon Dyer of Benton, AR, Evelyn Smith (Quatro) of Mabelvale, AR and Vanessa Moore (John) of North Little Rock, AR; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
