Rosie Lee Hardnett was born to Roosevelt Hall and Aserlee Keeble on November 29, 1931,
in Stuttgart, Arkansas. She departed this life on April 16, 2026 in Lemoore, California.
She met and married Wornie Hardnett on May 2, 1948. To this union of forty-eight years,
nine children were born: Mary Hardnett Curley of Compton CA; Wanda Faye Hardnett
Scruggs (David) of Hazen, AR; Dorothy J. Hardnett Berry (Clayton) of Jacksonville, AR;
Verlinda Kaye Hardnett of Des Arc, AR; Edith M. Hardnett Skinner (Isaac) Of Lemoore, CA;
Wornie Hardnett, Jr. of Des Arc, AR; Barbra Ann Hardnett of Atlanta, GA; Robert Lee
Hardnett (Carol) of Jacksonville, AR; and Kenneth Lee Hardnett of Dallas, TX.
Mother Hardnett loved her family and enjoyed fishing, playing the piano, and sewing. She
was a member of Word of Outreach in Des Arc, Arkansas, under the leadership of Pastor
Alice Lindsey.
Preceding her in death were parents Roosevelt Hall and Aserlee Keeble, husband Wornie
Hardnett, Sr., daughter Verlinda Kaye Hardnett, and Travon Jackson.
Mother Hardnett leaves to mourn eight children, twenty-nine grandchildren, sixty-seven
great-grandchildren, twenty-one great-great grandchildren, one brother Ezekiel Williams,
and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many friends.
