Paul Richard Jenkins

Paul Richard Jenkins was born on July 26, 1947 to Douglas Jackson and Betty Jenkins in Quincy, Illinois. He departed this life on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Veteran’s Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. 

He graduated high school in Quincy, IL, then enlisted in the United States Army.

Paul met and married Everlean Ward in Chicago, IL in 1982. After relocating to Stuttgart, Arkansas in 1992, he opened a car wash called Jenkins Car Wash.

He was preceded in death by his mother Betty Jenkins and brother James Thomas.

Paul is survived by his wife Everlean Jenkins of Stuttgart, AR; sister Arlinda Jenkins of Quincy, IL; cousin Wanda Bell of Quincy, IL; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
