Otis Lee Hughes, 54, of Macon, Arkansas passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021 in Carlisle, Arkansas. He was born on March 23, 1967 in Charleston, Mississippi to Eddie and Shirley Hughes.

He was preceded in death by his parents Eddie and Shirley Hughes and grandparents.

Survivors include one stepson Terry Yancy; four brothers Edward (Cherie) Hughes, William Hughes, Walter (Paula) Hughes, and Donald (Mary) Hughes; two sisters Wanda (Robert) Lynch and Carline (Robert) Ingle; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and the many friends he made along the way.
