Kathy Ann Robinson-Caldwell was born June 25, 1959 in Stuttgart, Arkansas to the late Blanche Geans and Willie Robinson, Sr. She was also loved by a wonderful stepfather, the late Paul Geans, who cared for her as his own. Kathy departed this life on May 17, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, surrounded by her loved ones.
She attended school in Drew, Mississippi and later in Stuttgart, Arkansas.
‘Kathy Ann’, our mother, sister, aunt, and cousin, was everything wrapped in one. Her special love language was cooking. Kathy would cook a meal, get your belly full, and then proceed to give you choice words of love and laughter.
She treasured her time with family laughing and having a good time. She cherished making memories with her loved ones; it was her very own happy place. Also, Kathy loved shopping and being silly, such as flashing her duck lips. She had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents Blanche Geans and Willie Robinson, Sr., stepfather Paul Geans, brother Rene and sister Carla Faye.
Kathy leaves to cherish her memories her husband Richard Caldwell; four children Dontranell (Shirley) Robinson, Sr., Peggy (Dennis) Mayo, Tyonia Robinson, and Kierra (JeMikal) Morrow; four brothers Raymond (Phyllis) Rodgers, Willie (Carrie) Robinson, Jr., Rickey (Kishia) Geans, and Vincent Geans, Sr.; two sisters Edna (Doug) Smith and Sheila (AC) McKinney; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
