Johnaton "Jon Jon" Rydele Wright Sr. was born on Oct. 31,1976, in Fort Wayne Indiana to Dale & Della Jamison. He transitioned his life on September 15th, 2024, at his home in Oklahoma City. He confessed Christ and was a member of Abundance Harvest Church in Oklahoma City where he learned to feed homeless people. Jon Jon & His brother Derrick Jamison would go to McDonald's and buy a lot of Hamburgers pass them out and say silent prayers for the homeless. He would say “Mommy, you have to help others to get your Blessings".
Jon Jon attended Immanuel Christian School and continued his education at DeWitt School District, Class of 1995. In school, he played football, basketball and basebaII. When he got older, he played Softball for his dad (Dale) “The Key Socks”. He was a long-distance Truck Driver. He played on a Pool Team called “Str8Strokes”. Jon Jon loved his family and was so proud of his kids and his niece.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Edward and Sara Jemerson, Cleo Wilder, Jr and Emmitt and Annie (Sis) Steward. His great grandparents Samuel and Leeanna Wright and Cleo Sr and Bernice Wilder.
Johnaton Leaves to cherish his loving memories, his parents Dale and Della Jamison of DeWitt, AR; Two daughters Kiana Wright and Zakayla Black both of Conway, AR; Three sons Johnaton “Lil John” Wright Jr. of Stuttgart, AR, Brayton “Ton Ton” Wright of Maumelle, AR and Johnta Wright of Conway, AR; One brother Derrick Jamison of Oklahoma City, OK; One niece Deshaunna “Big Baby” Jamison of Conway, a special friend Carla Gainey of Oklahoma City, OK; His best friend Tony Dale of DeWitt, AR; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends to also mourn his passing. Jon Jon will be greatly missed by all those that he encountered along his life’s Journey.
