Jeraline Hall Obituary

On a beautiful Sunday morning, October 5, 2025, Mrs. Jeraline Hall ascended to heaven into the arms of her Lord and Savior. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her Beloved Son, Lee and Daughter in Love, Tracy. She was a lifelong true and faithful servant. Jeraline was the sweetest of them all! She was blessed and highly favored, and it showed.

Jeraline was born in Lookout, Arkansas on March 10, 1946, along with her twin sister Ms. Jewel Brown, to David and Carrie Sims Warren.

Upon graduation from Immanuel High School in Almyra, Arkansas, Jeraline married the love of her life, Lee Von Hall, Sr. To this union they raised two strong and respectable sons, Anthony Owens and Lee Von Hall, Jr.

Affectionately known as “Zee,” she was highly respected by all who had the honor of being in her presence. Her righteous and loving spirit was contagious! Her smile lit up the room and stayed on her beautiful face, despite life’s challenges. She instilled a deep LOVE for family above all obstacles.

Jeraline always let her light shine and gave love to everyone. She led others to the goodness of the Lord through her powerful testimonies. A longtime member of Allen Temple Missionary Baptist Church, she served faithfully under the leadership of Pastor G.H. Wade and, later, Pastor Gilbert Byrd, Jr. Jeraline sang gracefully with the Angelic Choir. Additionally, she worked hard for the church as a Mission Sister, giving back to those in need and facing hardships.

Jeraline loved to cook; it was her passion. She cooked elaborate holiday and Sunday dinners for her family and friends to savor and enjoy. She shared many of her delicious recipes that couldn’t be matched, if we tried! Jeraline also worked in the culinary field, becoming a dietary supervisor at Rose Care Nursing Home, where all the staff loved her and her work ethic.

She was the anchor of our family and often made her rounds of phone calls to everyone, often sharing words of encouragement, advice and support. She often traveled with her twin Jewel Brown and sister Clara Warren. They always joked that they were the Three Musketeers. Jeraline showcased the epitome of being a peacemaker for family issues and for a positive outcome. And got it…of course!

Jeraline’s parents David and Carrie Warren, her beloved husband Lee Von Hall, Sr., son Anthony Owens, sister Jewel Brown (her beautiful twin, Tootie), brothers Ulysses Warren, Sr. (Buddy) and Lonnie Warren, all preceded her in death.

She leaves her cherished loved ones, son Lee Von Hall, Jr. (Tracy); grandson LeBrayden Hall; step grandson Keegan Fairow; sisters Ruth Thompson, Clara Warren, Pauline Edmondson (Bobby), and Elnora Dunn (Isaac); brothers Johnnie Warren (Shirley) and McKinley Warren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends to cherish her memory.
