James L. Mullins was born June 29, 1950 to Jessie and Freddie Mae Allen Mullins in Stuttgart, Arkansas. He departed this life on August 1, 2021.
He was a graduate of Holman High School, Class of 1969. He loved sports, hunting, fishing, playing pool, and working on cars. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
James worked for Riceland Foods for many years. After retiring from the railroad, he became a self-employed mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jessie and Freddie Mae Mullins, brothers Andrew Mullins and Freddie Lee Mullins, Sr., and sisters Jesse Mae Mullins-Refeld and Mary Lynn Mullins.
James leaves to cherish his memories his siblings Frankie Beckless and Sammie Mullins, both of Stuttgart, AR, Tommie (Jacqueline) Mullins of Little Rock, AR, Steve (Janice) Mullins and Hazel Mullins, both of Stuttgart, AR, Donald Ray Colvin of Little Rock, AR, Cameron Mullins of Texas, and Christine Day of Little Rock, AR; a host of nieces and nephews who loved him like a father; and many other relatives and friends.
