Jacqueline Louise Jacobs was born on February 17, 1963 to Joe Louis and Willene Fitzpatrick at Stuttgart Memorial Hospital in Stuttgart, Arkansas. She departed this life on April 28, 2026 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Jacqueline accepted Christ at an early age at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, formally located on Hopewell Road in St. Charles, Arkansas, under the leadership of the late Reverend F. R. Reams.

Jacqueline was employed at Belleville Shoe Company, served for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and later worked as a substitute teacher, a role she truly enjoyed, until her health declined. In her leisure time, Jacqueline found joy in working crossword puzzles and word search books, and she especially loved spending time with granddaughter Sentauria.
