Columbus Franklin Kinley was born on August 4, 1968 in Stuttgart, Arkansas to Doyle and Wanda Kay Kinley. He departed this life on Sunday, May 7, 2023.
He was a graduate of Humnoke High School in Humnoke, Arkansas. Frank was employed by Riceland Foods and Blue Seal, both in Stuttgart.
He was happily married to Tina Kinley since June 25, 2022.
Frank, or “Chubby”, as he was affectionately known as, loved hunting, fishing, and hanging out with his family. He never met a stranger. He always had a smile and a kind word for any and everyone.
Frank was recovering from rotator cuff surgery and was going through therapy when he passed.
He was preceded in death by his father Doyle Kinley and grandson Jacob Kinley.
Frank leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife Tina Kinley of Stuttgart, Arkansas; daughters Cody (Willie Ray) Bakalekos of Ward, Arkansas and Robin McMunn of Lincoln, Nebraska; sons Timothy Kinley and Kyle (Katelin) French, both of Vicksburg, Mississippi, Jesse Cole McMunn of Iowa, and Shannon French of Stuttgart, Arkansas. Frank also leaves behind six grandsons; three granddaughters; three brothers Billy (Thelesa) Kinley of Stuttgart, Arkansas, Thomas (Cathy) Kinley and Kenneth (Jeanette) Kinley, both of Dewitt, Arkansas; and a host of other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
