Ethel Jean McDonald was born December 8, 1946 to James and Verlene Robinson in Stuttgart, Arkansas. She departed this life on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 surrounded by her husband and children.
She attended Holman School, Class of 1965. After more than thirty years of service, Ethel retired from Belleville Shoe Factory in DeWitt, Arkansas in 2013.
Ethel loved her family, especially spending time with her sisters on Saturdays. She also enjoyed playing cards and solitaire on her phone, as well as shopping.
She was preceded in death by her parents James and Verlene Robinson, brother Ulysses Robinson, and niece Barbara Ann Sims.
Ethel leaves to cherish her memory her husband of forty-six years Charles McDonald, Sr. of Stuttgart, AR; three sons George Jeffery, Jr., Charles McDonald, Jr. and Morgan McDonald, all of Stuttgart, AR; two step-daughters Charlitha McDonald of Stuttgart, AR and DeShonna McDonald-Berry of Little Rock, AR; eighteen grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; four sisters Mary (Earnest) Walker, Lavorn Hobbs, Peggy (Charles) Nelson, and Richardean (Gary) Walker, all of Stuttgart, AR; two brothers James (Earlene) Robinson, Jr. of Tennessee and Clinton (Ruby) Robinson of Mississippi; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
She will be missed dearly!
