Demetria Renee “Chocolate” Amos was born July 17, 1988 in Stuttgart, Arkansas to Loretta Amos and David Bell.
She confessed her life to the Lord and Savior at an early age. She was a faithful member of St. Paul Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Elder McArthur Dismuke.
Demetria was a 2006 graduate of Clarendon High School in Clarendon, Arkansas. She enjoyed playing basketball, softball, band, and cheerleading.
She was employed at Walmart in Stuttgart for many years, where she gained numerous friends. She loved singing, dancing, vacations, and making everyone laugh.
Demetria was preceded in death by her mother Loretta Amos, maternal grandparents Missy Edith Amos and Ervin Dillard Amos, Sr., paternal grandparents Luetha and J.W. Bell, brother Tarvares Amos, and uncle Leonard Amos.
Demetria will forever be cherished by her children Serenity and Karsyn Hampton, both of Clarendon, AR; father David Bell of Memphis, TN; sister Rakena Amos of Clarendon, AR; three nieces Donna Taylor, Kelis Taylor, and Keliah Taylor, all of Clarendon, AR; three aunts Carmanetta Sain, Florence Walker, and Angela (Kevin) Thomas, all of Clarendon, AR; one uncle Ervin Dillard Amos, Jr. of Clarendon, AR; and a host of cousins and friends.
