Dehollis Combs

The Beginning:

Dehollis Combs was born on September 24, 1938 in Humphrey, Arkansas to the late Bertha Irvin Combs and Joe Combs.

Growing up he attended Humphrey Public School.

The Middle:

Dehollis was united in marriage to the late Jacquelyn Geater Combs.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, his pet dogs and watching TV especially sports. He loved all sports and kept up with everything in the sports arena. His favorite teams were the Pittsburg Steelers and the LA Dodgers.

Dehollis worked as a farmer for many years and later employed by Monsanto until his retirement.

He was preceded in death by four brothers and six sisters.

The Return Home:

Dehollis leaves to cherish his loving memories, a daughter Rose (Wayne) Mitchell, St. Louis, MO; one brother Monroe Combs, Stuttgart, AR; grandchildren Mario, Darius (April), Michael (Charnice), Allonia, Shania, and Demond; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
