Evangelist Debra Carter passed away on April 22, 2019 at her home. She transitioned from her earthly temple at the age of 60 blessed years.
Our Mother loved her family dearly. Praising God is what she did. She was a faithful member of Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church of Jerome, Arkansas under the leadership of Bishop Alfonso Madden, where she served as a Missionary President. Debra was an awesome preacher, teacher, and prayer woman of God.
She was born June 16, 1958 to the late Mack Carter and Minnie Carter. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister Delma Standard.
She leaves to cherish her memories two sons Reon (Latoya) Carter of Flint, MI and Mack Carter of Stuttgart, AR; one sister Rose Bradford of Flint; MI, one brother Randy (Terra) Carter of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren Myra, Reon, Lala, and Jeremiah Carter; a special niece Sharon Moore; two God daughters Tonda Allen and Rachel Madden; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
