Mr. Curlee Kelley Jr. was born on July 12, 1949. He departed this life on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was one of eleven children born to Lerlean Kelley and the late Yancy Curlee Kelley Sr. in Wabbaseka, Arkansas. He retired from Producers Rice Mill where he worked as a dedicated worker for many years. He enjoyed cruising in his truck and riding his motorcycle while listening to the blues. He also loved having his yard looking good.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories: his devoted wife Diana Kelley of forty-six years; his mother Lerlean Kelley of Altheimer, AR; five daughters Chapelle “Pelley” (Synorris) Parker of Dallas, TX, Tonita “Pepa” Kelley of Stuttgart, AR, Tiffany “Pip” Kelley (his baby) of Dallas, TX, Nicole “Nikki” Dendy of Pine Bluff, AR and Yvonne Golden of Pittsburg, CA; three sons Curlee “Goo” (Katrina) Kelley III of Columbus, GA, Dontell (Main) Kelley of Stuttgart, AR, and Bernard (Brenda) Reams of Benton AR; a special granddaughter who received fatherly love, Keionna “Kei” Jackson of Little Rock, AR; seven sisters Dorothy (Cornelius) Gaddy, Ethel (James) Freeman, Judy (Clint) Browley, Veronica (Pastor Paul) Manning, all of Altheimer, AR, Irene Atkins, Carolyn Freeman, both of Pine Bluff, AR, and Juanita McBride of Mid-West City, OK; two brothers Samuel (Etta) Kelley and Curtis (Shirley) Kelley, both of Altheimer, AR; twenty-two grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
