In loving memory of Bobby Ray Edmondson, a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend, who passed away peacefully on May 12, 2026, at the age of 67. Born on August 7, 1958, with twin brother Billy Ray, in the humble town of Seaton, Arkansas, Bobby was the beloved son of the late J.C. Edmondson and Ida Mae Bizzell Edmondson. His life was a testament to the values of hard work, dedication, and above all, love.
Bobby was a man of unwavering principles, known for his enviable work ethic and a deep-seated commitment to his family. His journey began at Union Pacific Railroad, where he worked diligently before dedicating 27 remarkable years to Riceland Foods in Stuttgart. His colleagues remember him as a steadfast and reliable presence, always ready with a smile and a helping hand. Bobby retired in 2022, leaving behind a legacy of integrity and dedication that continues to inspire those who had the privilege of working alongside him.
Bobby met the love of his life, Pauline Warren in 1995. The two married on October 14, 2000, ultimately sharing 30 wonderful years together. They built a family defined by warmth, laughter, and unwavering support. Bobby was a guiding light to his children Martina, Montesha, Erica, Priscilla (Cleo), Bobby, Bradley, and his cherished stepsons, Otis (Rosalyn), Tim (Lisa), and Kimyul. As a father, Bobby set the example of what a loving and supportive parent should be, always putting his family first and nurturing their dreams with patience and encouragement.
Bobby is also survived by his devoted sisters Mamie, Vergia (James), and Terri, and his brothers J.C., Jr. (Rebecca), Halbert, and Billy. His family was his pride and joy, his 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, were the apples of his eye, each holding a special place in his heart. He also leaves a host of loving nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles to cherish his memory.
Though Bobby has joined his dear parents, his beloved daughter, Martina "Jr" Edmondson, sisters Georgia and Claudia, and brothers Samuel, Ulysses, and Felix, in eternal rest, his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who loved him. His strength, kindness, and unwavering dedication to his family and community will forever be remembered.
As we reflect on the life of Bobby Ray Edmondson, let us carry forward his legacy of love and dedication, keeping his memory alive in our hearts and actions. Rest in peace, dear Bobby, knowing you were deeply loved and that your legacy will continue to inspire generations to come.
