Billy Don Kinley

Billy Don Kinley was born on July 30, 1971 in Stuttgart, Arkansas to Doyle and Wanda Kay Kinley. He left his earthly home and met his Heavenly Father on June 5, 2023.  

Billy had a welcoming spirit, and his door was always open. He loved hunting, fishing, and being with family and friends. His five children and seventeen grandchildren were his world.

Billy was predeceased by his father Doyle Kinley, brother Frank Kinley, and his grandmother Joy Castleberry Tubbs.

He is survived by his mother Wanda Kay Kinley; his loving wife Thelesa Kinley; three sons Shavis (Skylan) Roop, A.J. VanWormer, and Jaden Castleberry; two daughters Carmen (Brad) McMoran and Ashley (Red) Swaite; seventeen grandchildren; two brothers Kenneth (Jeanette) Kinley and Thomas (Cathy) Kinley; and a host of other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
