Alvin Ray Franklin Butler was born on May 14, 1954 in Stuttgart, Arkansas to Benjamin Franklin and Amelia Lucille Brown.
He attended Holman High School and graduated from Stuttgart High School, Class of 1972.
Alvin was a member of Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Warren, Arkansas under the leadership of Reverend Henry D. Cox.
Alvin was loved by many and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He departed this life on December 10, 2020 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents Benjamin Franklin and Amelia Scott and four siblings.
Alvin leaves to cherish his memory his children Marsha, Kevin, and Falacia; one brother Izish Scott, Jr. of Searcy, AR; four sisters Peggie Scott, Debbie Scott, and Janet Berry, all of Stuttgart, AR, and Marian McDonald of Arlington, TX; one special friend Tracy Bolden Jackson of Warren, AR; and host of others relatives and friends.
