Our devoted mother, Bobbie Jean Bradley, 78, departed this life on February 22nd, 2018 at her home in Stuttgart, AR. She was the seventh child born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Jackson of Star City, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. L.V. Bradley; a son, Howard Kennedy Bradley; and her youngest daughter, Tuwanna Marie Bradley.
Also preceding her in death are two sisters; Lille Rochelle, and Willola Jackson; and one brother; Charlie Jackson, Jr.
She was empl...oyed as an Attendant by Mr. and Mrs. Mark Townsend for thirty years, in which she retired.
Mother was raised and educated in Star City, AR. She spoke fondly of her memories growing up there as a young girl. Our Mother served under the Baptist faith for many years while living in Star City, and remained a resident there until joining in Holy Matrimony with our father in 1962, to this union nine children were born.
After relocating to Stuttgart, our mother made a life-changing decision to become one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She spent her entire adult life, and remained until her death - a dedicated member of Jehovah’s Organization. She always had the hope of remaining in Jehovah’s Memory.
Our mother leaves behind memories that will never perish. To mourn her passing are her children; Delores Mason, Virgil Bradley (Regina), James Bradley (Charlene), Pamela Gilmore (Arlucius), Charlene Henderson all of Stuttgart, Arkansas; John Bradley (Mary) of Little Rock, Arkansas; and Jennifer Bradley of Buford, Ga; her stepchildren Trudy Nwajei and Cindy Krushall both of Springfield, Illinois; Victoria Bradley of Carson, CA; Denise and Johnell Graham (Lucille) both of Stuttgart, AR. Mother leaves behind five sisters; Ira Mae Jackson of Inglewood, CA, Maxine Jackson, Laura Bradley, Jesse Mae Jackson, and Betty Jones all of Pine Bluff, AR; two brothers, J.W. Jackson (Georgia) and Jamie Jackson (Rose) both of Warren, AR; one sister-in-law, Lillian Williams of Stuttgart, AR and her brother-in- law, YZ Bradley (Kathy) of Pine Bluff, AR; twenty nine grandchildren; forty-three great grand children and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
We are forever grateful, Momma, for the life you gave us!
